About Us:

June of last year, Vitality Bowls opened our first Superfood café in the hip, upscale Arsenal Yards development. The following September, we opened our second location at Market Central in Cambridge. Both areas offer convenient commutes, progressive neighbors, outdoor amenities, and many potential customers who share our vision on healthy, organic food.

We are actively hiring for part-time team members who want to build a culture that is fun, food-centric, cutting edge, and fast-paced.

On top of the hourly rate, you can expect an additional $2-$4/hour from tips.

Superfood Crew Member

As A Superfood Café, we specialize in life changing, customer-centric, all-natural eats - açai bowls, smoothies, fresh juice, salads, grain bowls, wraps, and many other healthy foods. Your job is to introduce customers to our Superfood menu, and to serve it with speed and accuracy. We want you to own the customer experience and take the initiative to exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer enthusiastically.
• Provide superior customer service when processing orders.
• Fill customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• When not filling customer orders, employees must constantly prep food for the next shift.
• Always keep café clean, particularly at each serving station, front of restaurant, customer seating, restroom, and back end.
• Follow all Vitality Bowls policies and procedures, especially with communications, including shift scheduling app, email, text messages, and instructions posted in work areas.
• Communicate with other crew members to do work efficiently and thoroughly,
• Use checklists provided by Shift Leaders/Management to complete all assigned tasks.
