Haven Hot Chicken Team Members are committed to their guests, focused on quality and dedicated to each other. They work with their fellow Team Members, Trainers, Shift Leads and Managers to achieve a successful lunch and dinner service. They are relentless in their pursuit to serve the best Nashville style Hot Chicken and Not Chicken while proudly living our Mission and Values.

• Prioritizes the guest experience by actively listening and anticipating their needs.
• Create personalized experiences for guests by guiding them through the Haven Hot Chicken menu and how to order.
• Live HHC mission and values to ensure the culture outlined is seen, heard and felt.
• Uphold standard work methods within the restaurant to deliver the BEST Hot and NOT Chicken anyone has ever had.
• Cross train to learn all roles within the restaurant including front of house and back of house positions.
• Maintains restaurant equipment and overall environment by partnering with their fellow team members to complete daily and weekly assigned tasks.
• Contribute to the success of the team by being humble, positive and supportive of others.
• Accurately rings and follows cash handling procedures.

Important Details:

• All team members start at a minimum of $15/hour, tips eligible once training is completed (3 weeks).
• Seeking part time and full time team members.
• As a growing brand, team members have the opportunity to grow into shift leader and management roles as the HHC brand grows to further locations.
• Team members must be able to stand for 8+ hours at a time, adhere to all necessary safety standards, and be able to lift 50 lbs as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Team Member Pay: $15 per hour + Tip Pool
• Tip Pool: average $4 per hour
• Total Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
• $11 Daily Shift credit to spend on food
• 20% Off Food and Merchandise
• 401K with matching after 6 months
• Set Scheduling in 3 week blocks
• Uniform – 3 HHC t-shirts and an HHC hat
• Shoes for Crews – nonslip shoes provided after training
• Team Member Referral Program – Up to $1000 per referral
