Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst responsible for coordinating and delivering technology-related activities and resources in support of business initiatives.

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst responsible for coordinating and delivering technology-related activities and resources in support of business initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for technology operations
- Evaluate basic or tactical challenges that require research and evaluation
- Provide centralized command and control for major incident management, ensuring teams focus first on restoring business services
- Review, analyze and escalate issues from key metric analysis, event monitors, reported service deviations, and documented changes
- Develop knowledge business cycles and capabilities to assess the impact of technology events on the business and other support areas
- Reduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery
- Engage various teams of trouble-shooters to assess system health and issues
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
- Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders
- 2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of information security administration experience and or technology background.
- Experience in SIMBA/AIMS/ART
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to research and correspond with customers, responding to their questions and concerns with detailed information
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
- Ability to learn and assimilate information from multiple people and sources
- Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes
- Prior IAM Access Experience preferred.
- Understanding of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) methodology is preferred.
- Developed sense of urgency relating to customer payment issues
- Proven experience with a changing payments environment.
- Proven experience in identifying and resolving customer and production issues.
- Proven experience in customer focused role providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and customer resolution.
- Proven experience in mentoring less experienced team members
