How the Position Works

The Agent is responsible for handling/qualifying prospective customers, explaining product features, and any follow-up necessary to sell appropriate plans/life policies. The agent will handle both Inbound and Outbound opportunities. HOT Leads Provided!

Other responsibilities include:

· Consistently perform daily activities to ensure ability to exceed all monthly Sales targets and Quality Assurance requirements

· Assist the customer in completion of the enrollment application over the phone with complete, accurate and required information consistent with all company guidelines

· Ensure all workforce management tools (CRM) are updated for all opportunities

· Increase company profitability by utilizing cross-selling and upselling techniques

· Ensure Best-In-Class customer experience by educating customers on the features/benefits of the product and tailoring offerings to the customer’s best interests.

Required Qualifications

· Life Insurance License Required (or willing to obtain one in the near future) Not Licensed? We can help!

· College Degree Preferred but Not Required

· Strong Phone Sales Experience in Direct-to-Consumer environment

· Call Center Experience a PLUS

· Self-starter with a sense of urgency

· Ability to work regular weekly shifts with flexibility to adjust daily schedule, work overtime and/or weekends (Saturday), as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
