YOU

You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As a Territory Manager, you’ll focus on market development of our Connector and Lateral Systems product offerings, but also work to support all other product segments in the assigned territory (territory). This is accomplished by conducting sales calls on all industry customers (including engineers/architects, builders/contractors, building departments, educational institutions, and our network of dealers and distributors), educating the customer on the features and benefits of our company and products, and active participation in industry associations.

You also lead and participate in group training sessions/workshops in and out of the territory. These workshops require scheduling, promotion, set-up, presentation, and wrap-up, as well as observation and suggestions for improvement.

You will supervise Dealer Representatives, as assigned, including leadership/employee development, oversight of weekly activities, and assistance to meet goals and objectives. Additionally, the Territory Manager provides support and encouragement for all other representatives with the goal of helping them reach their territorial goals.

That’s year one. If career growth is important to you, we not only know how to help you with that, it’s what we love to do: https://youtu.be/PUqzuWryYcU.
