Maintain and develop electronic production and
development test solutions.
Provide hands on hardware/software troubleshooting and support for existing production test equipment in a real time environment.
Participate in the design, build, integration and validation of manual and automated test equipment.
Participate in qualification testing of new products.
Interpret and understand test requirements, develop/modify test procedures, test reports and other test related documentation. Must be able to interface with the customer during planned meetings and support required presentations.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.

Knowledge of basic engineering principles.

An understanding of electrical schematics, hands on assembly, software development, integration and troubleshooting.

Ability to obtain a secret security clearance so must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree in an Engineering related field from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.

Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting electronics.

Knowledge of or desire to learn specialized skills such as environmental testing methods and test equipment design.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
