About the job:
The Textile Worker – Operations is responsible for processing/preparing clean linen for patient/clinician use in the hospital and for contract accounts, while maintaining the highest possible quality, production, sanitation, and safety standards in Textile Service operations.

Education

• High school diploma or certificate strongly preferred.

Special Skills, Competencies, and Aptitudes

• Understand the importance of personal productivity to meet work standards.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to plan and organize work duties and be alert to safety hazards.
• Must be able to work with a team to accomplish goals.
• Must have an ability to handle working with grossly soiled linen, such as body fluid and unfavorable odors related to soiled linen items when filling in for the Textile Sorter.
