Threat Tec, a Veteran-Owned Small Business, has multiple openings for TEFOR SMEs to join our growing company in in MULTIPLE WORK LOCATIONS/REMOTE.
The TEFOR SME provides subject matter expertise supporting Training and Doctrine Command’s (TRADOC) and Army Futures Command’s (AFC) in the areas of Cyber, Maneuver, Fires, Aviation (fixed wing and rotary wing), Mission Command, Maneuver Support, Strategic Missile Defense, Special Operations, and sustainment. The SMEs provide support to live and virtual exercises by conducting analysis of future threats to help the client conduct experimentation and identify future force capability requirements. There are multiple part-time positions available.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct analysis of threat future capabilities.
- Provide future threat strategy at the tactical and operational levels.
- Input analysis results into simulation software and/or live planning events.
- Lead other SMEs when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Former Battalion Command and above experience.
- Former Battalion Staff and above experience.
- Willing to travel for training exercises/support
TRAVEL:
Travel will be required.
