Ticket Operations Assistant
Part-Time Seasonal
Hourly Rate: $12.50/hour, Overtime eligible

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Ticket Operations Assistant is primarily responsible for providing an easy and smooth process for all ticket sales, distribution, and entry. This will include building out events, packages, and any special offers, but also helping fans access and use their digital tickets. This person will need the ability to use the ticket system to support both the business and the customers.

Job Functions
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build events, packages, and other offers using the ticketing software.
• Provide guidance and assistance to sales reps on all things ProVenue.
• Compile and formulate reports to assist other departments.
• Oversee game day ticket operations including walkup sales and the ticket scanning process.
• Process phone, walk-up, and all other ticket orders.
• Resolve any digital ticket and MyTickets issues that may arise.
• Required to work on gamedays, weekends, special events, and select holidays.
• Other duties as assigned, including tarp pulls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Prior ticketing experience is highly desired.
• Working Knowledge of Tickets.com or Ticketmaster, or other ticketing platforms preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including successfully communicating with the public and other employees.
• Proven job reliability, capable of self-supervising.
• Strong math aptitude and ability to attend to detail.
• Sound organizational and time management skills.
