Job Title: Tik Tok Manager

Job Description:

The objective of this position is to drive organic customer acquisition directly through tik tok. In doing so we will need to create a strategy to build a community/audience of health-conscious individuals to interact in a way that supports happy being in becoming the top-of-mind destination in the health and wellness space, as well as providing authoritative information on anything health related.

Day-to-day Operations:

• Creating content for tik tok. Posting 2-3 videos daily with a strong focus on continuously improving watch time and engagement
• Monitoring and managing responses to inbound messages on tik tok in a timely manner, consistent with the brand ethos.
• Assisting the creative director in developing, managing and monetizing relationships with influencers, affiliates, blogs, podcasts, etc.
• Weekly meetings with rest of the team to discuss strategy, tik tok trends, what is working and what isn’t and what we will be doing next
• Monitoring analytics to understand video performance with a focus on building presentations to help educate the team and solidify strategic decisions
• Coordinating with the creative director, founders and team for content development
• As needed, supporting the creative director with paid media assets

Compensation:

• $15-$25/hr - 20 hours/week

Bonuses

• $500 to be awarded with revenue attributed to organic tiktok efforts exceeds $5,000 in a calendar month
• $1000 to be awarded with revenue attributed to organic tiktok efforts exceeds $15,000 in a calendar month
• $2000 to be awarded with revenue attributed to organic tiktok efforts exceeds $30,000 in a calendar month

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
