• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for maintenance positions
• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for all other positions

Sign-On bonus to be paid $200 a month the 1st - 5th month, and $500 or $1000 on month 6.

**Night Shift Premium (for overnight shifts): $1.50 in addition to base rate.

Monthly Bonuses: Attendance - up to $300 a month

Location Premium: 15% of base pay each pay period

• Performs programmed mechanic and hydraulic inspections, diagnosis and corrective actions or replacements to mechanic equipment or machines, under supervision, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures and best practices, complying with defined quality standards.
• Inspects, diagnoses and performs programmed mechanic and hydraulic repairs and replacements under supervision.
• Makes simple failure analysis, establishing the problems causes and taking actions to avoid repetitions.
• Performs tasks under supervision such as bearings, couplings, brakes or clutches control and replacement.
• Disassembles and assembles simple mechanical components.
• Interprets mechanical drawings.
• Carries out mechanical measurements.
• Operates welding and oxycutting equipment under supervision.
• Verifies the correct functioning of tools, instruments and accessories checking they fulfill with specifications.
• Carries out general equipment oiling and lubrication control under supervision.
• Carries out electric equipments, machines, instruments or subassemblies verification and reception.
• Carries out forklift or radio control overhead crane operation when applicable.
• Updates information in the tracking systems.
