The successful candidate will join our team as a Software Engineer working side-by-side the firm's quant research, data science and finance areas while collaborating with business leadership in contributing to the strategic development of our firm. This includes but is not limited to research, analysis, development and delivery of products and projects directly related to the firm's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Can lead a major initiative successfully.
• Implements the hardest parts of the system and significant features independently.
• Critical role in technical direction for the team.
• Produces high quality work and improves others by thoughtful code reviews, influences engineering culture.
• Lead and coordinate releases across multiple teams.
• Provide high quality feedback on team mates and collaborators from other teams.
• Help with recruiting of senior engineers.
• Strong oral and written communication.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or similar field
• 5+ years of working experience
• Working knowledge of Python

Bonus Qualifications:

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, AWS, Kafka, Prefect.
