Training Coordinator - Headquarters Job at Big R Stores
Do you have a passion for creating, communicating, and videography! We are looking for an individual who specializes in creating video content and training guides for employees. This individual will need to be versatile, constantly learning new information, and interact with many employees. This individual will report to the Director of IT to design training materials.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and create training materials
- Create marketing materials to promote various training courses to new and existing employees
- Coordinate with HR and Operations to schedule and create training videos
- Upload and maintain training site, including updating employee information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Videography skills with knowledge of composition, layout, editing, and storyboarding including knowledge of using professional camera equipment
- Adobe Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- High School diploma
Candidate Preferred Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Design creation
- Big R product knowledge
- Starting wage is based on experience.
