Brief Description
Carney is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with expertise in Federal government management and development of training programs management. Our ideal candidate is passionate about governmental regulations regarding human capital management and workforce development and thrives on producing program results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is an onsite position in Linthicum, MD
Responsibilities

- Demonstrate experience partnering with internal and external teams, building strong relationships and communication channels
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- Current Secret Clearance
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant managerial experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing the development of training programs
- At least two (2) years of experience supporting CDSE, DSS or other security agencies in the execution of security-related programs or on topics related to the protection of classified information and government technologies.
- Two (2) years of experience in DoD security
Preferred Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant managerial experience
- Minimum of five (5) years experience managing the development of training programs
- Five (5) years of experience in DoD security
