Job Description:
This individual will be responsible for:

• Routinely monitor corrective work orders for projects that need to become emergent routine work - without engineering

o Until the new Routine Work - without engineering process is completely rolled out, the individual may need to monitor other sources (InfoPath, Sharepoint sites. etc.) for emergent work request.

• Determining the applicable Material CU’s needed for work orders.
• Entering the Material CU information into the Maximo corrective work orders “comm log”
• Working with the Work Coordination group (Program Coordinators, and analyst) to make sure information is understood and transferred correctly to the Emergent Work order.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Utilize Power Apps SharePoint to create excel files compatible for bulk upload updates in to Maximo for corrective work orders with critical parts requests
• Utilize Business Automation Platform to submit material stock justification forms
• Work with Supply Chain, Material Catalog group to ensure material items are assigned the correct Critical Code
• Aid in review of CU material request. Ensuring that unit of property guidelines are met for both Operational and Non-Operational Assets
• Monitor SPCC repairs, without engineering, to ensure compliance dates are met

Basic Requirements:

• Either a graduate from a college or university with Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (or equivalent), OR 5+ years of experience and Associate Degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent), OR 10+ years equivalent experience without a degree.
• Entry before described years of experience premised on management discretion over additional education obtained.

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in the utility industry.
• Understanding of basic principles of project management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $37.00 - $47.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Engineering Technology: 2 years (Required)
