Travel agent / Executive Assistant Job at Sanders Travel Centre
The position will provide administrative and sales support to owner and travel advisor Jenny Westermann. You will work directly with her and a multitude of international vendors. Your primary tasks will be creating bookings through our GDS and/or vendors, reconfirming reservations, and invoicing. You will also be back up support when Jenny Westermann is out of office. With experience and growth, responsibilities will expand. Prefer Sabre / Travel agent experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage multiple requests in different stages of completion
- Organize files, schedule appointments & maintain task list
- Provide superb customer service at all times
- Create and maintain client data and information within our CRM system
- Reconfirm and provide assistance for clients’ reservations including air, hotel, cruise, dining, tour, sightseeing, car, entertainment, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sabre and/or travel agent experience
- Exceptional customer service
- Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Organization & attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
