TRAVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION:

Work Location: The Village at South County Commons, 50/60 South County Commons Way, South Kingstown RI 02879

Status: Part Time (with potential for Full Time Position)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET

Hours Per Week: 20 hours

Salary: $22/hr.

We are looking for a highly motivated and cultured Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Customer Service Representative/ Administrative Assistant will be working with the Founder and Director to provide email and phone support to our customers and to our team, to ensure seamless daily operations. This includes prioritizing and multitasking in order to help support our business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Responding clients’ emails
  • Responding clients’ phone calls
  • Dispatching emails and phone calls
  • Data entry on the computer (publish products on website…)
  • Help online education coordinator with correspondences and program materials
  • Other administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree

- Previous similar experience

- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and professional flexibility

- Proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp is a plus

- Preferred: Experience in the travel or art history industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
