• At least two years of LTC, MS, or Home Health experience - Required
• BLS (AHA) - Required
• COVID Vaccine Required
• Immunizations; MMR, VARICELLA, HEP B, FLU Required
• TB TEST current Required
• Current Physical (within one year) Required
• Skills checklists and Competency exams Required
• Resume without time gaps Required
• References from 2 supervisors from the past year Required
• Michigan LPN License Required
