I work with a Home Health Group in the Rochester area. We are looking for a full-time Travel Nurse Practitioner to join us!
- You will deliver high-quality care to assigned patients in their homes.
- You will collaborate with a Care Team to come up with a treatment plan and manage a patient’s medical care as appropriate.
Monday-Friday/On-Call
Must be Certified New York Nurse Practitioner
