Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Traveling Human Resources will assist the Human Resources Department with tasks to ensure that all employees are entered in the human resources information system, all personnel changes are accurately processed in a timely manner and all employees are accurately and timely paid in accordance with payroll schedules and federal and state laws. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Human Resources with processing of employee action forms
  • Conduct training for facility-based staff
  • Conduct site regulatory compliance audits
  • Processing weekly and monthly reporting for Human Resources
  • Assist centers with maintaining digital employee files
  • Serves as a resource to employees with respect to employee appeals of unresolved problems, discipline situations and sexual harassment claims.
  • Works with the center and recruiting department to design comprehensive company employment programs such as on campus recruitment/retention programs or job fairs.
  • Complies with and promotes adherence to applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including but not limited those within the Compliance and Ethics Program, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claims Act and HIPAA.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree, or bachelor’s degree Preferred
  • Overseeing completion of work time entry for multiple locations
  • Basic knowledge of wage and hour laws
  • Proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Able to work cooperatively and closely with other employees
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience HRIS systems preferred
  • Expected travel up to 60%
