Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensures program compliance with federal, state and college rules and regulations.

• Trains, assigns, directs, supervises, evaluates and disciplines personnel.

• Oversees the recruitment of students into the program.

• Oversees the provision of program services to qualified students.

• Develops and implements orientation, assessment and participant requirements.

• Coordinates program assessment and reporting functions.

• Manages the program budget; monitors expenditures.

• Serves as program liaison to campus departments, public schools, and community groups.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a master’s degree in a course of study related to the occupational field.
