GeBBS Consulting, a leader in Healthcare Technology solutions, has an immediate opening for a TriZetto Facets Team Lead supporting one of its major healthcare partners. This is a remote role.

Position Description:

The Facets Team Lead will lend Subject-Matter expertise in the TriZetto Facets application towards migration efforts from a legacy system into TriZetto Facets within a healthcare payer environment.

What You’ll Get to Do:

· Serve as Team Lead/Subject-Matter Expert for Facets Core Application and sub-modules.

· Advise client on product configuration structure, implementation and optimizing of configuration solutions.

· Guide client and end-user stakeholders on strategies and best-practices during migration.

· Engage in proactive communication to keep stakeholders up to date and overcome challenges.

· Lead a team of Facets Product Configuration specialist across all workstreams (membership, claims, benefits, enrollment, billing).

· Lead client design/discovery/Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to determine the best design and approach for Facets Product Configuration.

· Ensure overall success for client and end-user.

You’ll Bring these Qualifications:

· Minimum of 7-9 years of TriZetto Facets Core Product configuration solutions and optimization of product configuration solutions.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

· Prior experience as a Team Lead/SME for enterprise level TriZetto Facets implementation - Product configuration.

· Strong experience lead client design/discovery/JAD sessions to determine the best design and approach for Facets Product Configuration.

· Experience leading a team of Facets Product Configuration specialist across all workstreams (membership, claims, benefits, enrollment, billing).

· Good understanding of Agile Methodology.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills (client facing skills).
