Truck diver position with Cruisers Yachts is an equipment operator utilizing tractor trailers, Marine Travel Lifts, AT Fork trucks and other larger equipment to move Yachts and other larger tooling around the plants and to other offsite locations. CLD is required with experience with Wide Load trucking is preferred. Truck Drivers report directly to the Traffic Manager and work daily between Oconto and Pulaski locations and when needed will travel to other offsite locations. When not driving other duties will be assigned and are not limited to the below.

Main Responsibilities: This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all the “essential functions” for purposes of the ADA.

• · Dump Garbage
• · Move boats and dollies in and out of various plants
• · Keep yard organized and clean
• · Shrink wrapping boats
• · Fix dumpsters and other tools
• · Light vehicle maintenance
• · Fix dolly and tools
• · Daily forklift inspections
• · Assist with loading of large and small boats
• · Haul various molds, jigs and dollies between plants
• · Run boats to and from water
• · All other duties as assigned
• Required Skills/Abilities:
• · Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• · Work cooperatively and communicating effectively with co-workers
• · Ability to make effective decisions within established guidelines
• · Willingness to accept supervision, follow stated guidelines and requirements and is committed to safety and quality standard
• · Ability to travel when required
• · Must be able to read/write at an 8th grade level and pass pre-employment testing.
• · Working cooperatively and communicating effectively with co-workers.
• · Ability to make effective decisions within established guidelines.
• · Willingness to accept supervision, follow stated guidelines and requirements and is committed to safety and quality standards

Education and Experience:

• · CDL is required (Wide load experience is preferred)
• · Experience with Heavy equipment
• · Marine Experience moving boats
• · Fork Lifts and other motorized equipment

Physical Requirements:

• · Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
• · Must have the physical ability to meet strength and movement requirements for the

position

• · Ability to work in a normal office environment to include: sitting or standing for long periods of time, operating various standard office equipment, carrying paper documents/files, reaching and bending, speaking on the telephone, safely walking through our manufacturing plant, and wearing required personal protective gear (i.e., eye and foot protection)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
