Schedule all transportation needs, both for rental equipment and customer owned equipment. Create a daily dispatch schedule to maximize efficiency while provide full communication with all customers - before, during and after transports. Complete daily invoicing for all completed transports and maintain all required Federal and State records and reporting.
Monitor the maintenance needs of the truck and trailer fleet and coordinate all truck/trailer maintenance and repairs with the service department.
Oversee the driver safety programs and assist with the hiring of new drivers.
Assist with rental coordinating and inside sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
