Located an hour West of Seattle via Interstate 90 at Snoqualmie Pass, The Summit includes four unique mountain areas, a snow tubing park, Nordic center, and 10+ food and beverage establishments. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

Participates in interviewing process for both hiring and evaluating purposes.

Assists with pre-season tubing operations set up.

Assists with the training and orientation of tubing operations staff.

Assists the Tubing Manager with various administrative duties.
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
- Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
- Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
- Request information or assistance using paging systems.
- Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available and that they are staffed appropriately.
- Shoveling of snow is sometimes required.
What we are looking for:
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Position requires Candidate to be over the age of 18.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Customer service experience, both in person and on the phone preferred. Basic computer experience required.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Fluent in any language other than English a plus.

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $20.50 to $24.54
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
