IDR is seeking a UAT Analyst to join one of our top Retail clients in Nashville, TN. Position Overview for the UAT Analyst:

• Responsible for collecting and analyzing data for Website and Mobile App issues/improvements and integrating them into processes to address the needs of the business.
• Collaborate across multiple business teams and engage in meetings to establish standards within the organization.
• Responsible for performing quality audits across the website and mobile app to ensure quality standards
• Review all vendor reports to guarantee accurate inventory counts
• Apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate site functionality through careful testing to maximize the benefit of the business
• This team is currently in the process of building an automation tool, you will have the ability to learn how to build out a new automation directly from the manager

Required Skills for the UAT Analyst:

• 2+ Years of Work Experience as an Analyst
• Experience within Retail, Omni-Channel, eCommerce, and/or similar industries.
• Experience working on merchandising, product, and/or supply chain projects solely focused on the customer
• Must have an analytical mindset and be business focused
• Enjoy doing research and discovery work
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively across multiple teams

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
