Hospital located in Waterbury, CT. seeking a permanent, full-time or part-time Ultrasonographer. $5,000 sign-on bonus, fully benefitted, and great working environment. Day shift or evening shift.

PAY: $31-$50 HOURLY DOE

Ultrasonographer Job Summary:

• Ultrasound Technologist performs sonographic examinations on all ages (newborn through geriatric), contributing to the efficient operation of the department and insuring the quality and continuity of patient care
• Day shift or Night shift available. Rotating Weekends
• Must be available for on call and live within 30 minutes of the facility
• There are 2 openings, a lead Ultrasound Technologist and a general Ultrasound Technologist
• Permanent or part time positions available
• Tremendous leadership and culture throughout the department

Ultrasonographer Qualifications:

• Ultrasonographer must be a graduate of an accredited School of Sonography or equivalent.
• Two years post graduate experience preferred.
• Computer experience desirable for ultrasound technologist/sonographer.
• American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). Registry eligible with ARDMS will be considered.
• Ultrasound Machine, film printers, computer, general office equipment.
• Those skills and the knowledge generally needed to perform as a registered Sonographer.
