Position: Ultrasonagrapher
Duties: Performs a wide range of Ultrasound examinations, including, but not limited to; abdomen (limited/complete), renal, bladder, OB (1st, 2nd & 3rd trimester), pelvic (TA/TV), peripheral venous and arterial studies, carotid, thyroid, scrotal, and breast. Performs all outpatient, inpatient, and emergency room patient ultrasounds. Must be able to identify and interpret pathology that require immediate medical intervention.
Hours: Per diem, numerous opportunities for shifts during the week
Salary: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour, with increments based on experience and credentials
Required Education/Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program
- ARDMS required, RVT preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of general/vascular ultrasound experience in a hospital/emergency room setting preferred
- Must have and maintain BLS certification
- Experience in echocardiography a plus
- Must be able to work independently
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or medical exemption confirmation required.
