What You'll Need

  • Creative thought process.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced/multitasking environment.
  • Adaptability to manage process changes and grow with the needs of the department.
  • Shifts will vary(up for further discussion). Ability to work weekends and evening shifts if or when needed.
  • Some legal and/or educational background is preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Recognize and analyze information/facts of the case to decide whether a potential case is viable.
  • Complete daily SME reviews within the designated time frames provided.
  • Respond to email correspondence from clients, case consultants and other staff requests.
  • Communicate with potential clients to get additional necessary information.
  • Occasionally conduct outside research, such as searching dockets, purchasing, and reading police reports, using Google to obtain more information, etc.
