This position allows for remote work and may require some travel for campus events. Our corporate office is based in White Plains, NY.

Position Summary:

The University Relations Manager will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition, will work remotely and travel approximately 20% of the time. The successful candidate will be a conduit for connection between Ivy Rehab and academic organizations nationwide to increase brand recognition and entry-level talent pipelines. Primary responsibilities include executing talent acquisition strategies to identify, engage, pipeline and attract high quality early careers candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Ivy’s regional ops leaders to execute on all University Relations activities in support of the overall Early Careers Pipeline Strategy, includes hosting monthly strategy calls with VPs, Regional Directors, University Partners, Student Coordinators and Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABPs)
  • Build and grow working partnership with leadership at strategically targeted schools, to improve the Ivy Rehab Network on campus employment brand
  • Own, manage and participate in coordination of career fairs, on-campus events, interview days including arranging/ ordering/shipping materials for attendance, and innovative methods of engaging the student community (automate /measure candidate engagement) and manage alumni rosters
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers/clinical operations leaders to create strong relationships and be a trusted advisor in sourcing early careers talent
  • Provides organizational updates on KPI’s, student program placements and performance
  • Responsible for processing student placements in the ATS and maintaining data/reports
  • Promote Ivy Rehab as the employer of choice
  • Participate in special projects as required
  • Coordinate interviews as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition sourcing/recruiting experience required
  • Experience sourcing early careers talent within the healthcare field highly preferred
  • Experience building strong relationships with universities in multiple states
  • Previous experience using various sourcing methods social media marketing, email campaigning and other sourcing tools
  • Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment highly preferred
  • Ability to proactively assess program successes and opportunities of improvement, and make recommendations on how to highlight or adjust respectively
  • Knowledge and experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Customer focused mindset, with a strong ability to prioritize workloads and partner with several diverse groups at once
  • Proven proficiency in developing sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels
  • Outstanding organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to be successful working independently and in a remote capacity
  • Ability to travel 20%
