Position Overview:
Assist in leading and directing all activities required to achieve store goals, including sales objectives, customer service, payroll, operating expenses and merchandise presentation.
Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities and maximize sales to achieve or exceed all financial goals.
Assist in managing, developing and motivating people to drive company and store goals.
Assist in developing of positive community relationships through charity events and fashion shows.
Proactively learn POS applications and back office
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Specialty women's apparel experience
