URBN Seasonal Compliance Coordinator Job at URBN Outfitters, Inc.
Reports to: Operations Supervisor
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collect and submit all chargebacks into Tradestone daily avoiding duplicate entries.
- Ensure correct information is used to accurately charge vendors for compliance violations in addition to verifying
screen.
- Provide a feedback loop to leadership highlighting COGs/CB errors reported internally along with any other
- All COGs and chargebacks must be submitted within 24 hours.
- UVF research and coordination with Vendor Compliance Coordinator.
- Make sure all photos clearly represent the violation and all supporting documentation is provided.
- Maintain an electronic filing system on the shared drive for all COGs activities submitted daily for EOM, EOQ,
- Track total dollars and labor hours of COGs entry on a daily/weekly basis.
- Individual must be able to track and appropriately identify whether a warning or chargeback should be issued.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager
Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:
- High school degree or GED required
- Team building and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, work with a sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational and efficiency skills
- Work well under pressure and time constraints
- General Microsoft Windows knowledge
- General Tradestone Knowledge
- Ability to calculate basic math
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to manipulate a keyboard for extended periods of time
- Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time
- Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 50 pounds
- Operate warehouse equipment as required for position (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) which requires
