Position Summary:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the HealthPoint health center, in alignment with the site’s business plan. The Site Manager collaborates with leaders within the health center to provide top-quality patient care and excellent staff experience. The Site Manager leads with the HealthPoint management system to engage teams in continuously monitoring and improving the current operational practices. As a key leader of HealthPoint, the Site Manager creates and fosters a culture of inclusivity, respect, understanding, compassion, and empowerment in service to the well-being and growth of its patients, communities, and employees. Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.

Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Responsible for providing exceptional full cycle employee, and potential employee experience including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, talent development, recognition, and performance management.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining an equitable and engaging work environment for employees by providing consistent coaching, counseling, recognition, and development opportunities for staff.
  • Establishes priorities and adherence to guidelines, processes, procedures, policies, and standing orders for maintaining and improving standard work of daily operations. Keeps Business Director informed of potential opportunities by recommending and/or implementing solutions.
  • Using data analytic tools and onsite observations, lead and monitor daily operations to ensure achievement of business goals and directives.
  • Understand the clinic budget and develop plans, in consultation with other leaders, to achieve proposed outcomes.
  • Oversees quality management of day-to-day operations of the department by performing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance indicators and audits of core processes to ensure adherence and provide regular feedback to staff.
  • Coordinates student learner and mentor schedules.
  • Nurture a culture where an excellent patient experience is understood and routinely delivered by clinic teams.
  • Ensures clinic meetings and committees are in alignment with HealthPoint standards. Leads staff meetings or portions of staff/team meetings as appropriate.
  • Partner with the Business Director on change management and new program development as needed. Lead or support others in PDSA continuous process improvement. Access operational data to inform and evaluate these efforts.

ESSENTIAL ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend and participate in organizational committees and task force activities as required. Assume responsibility for successful execution of projects or change efforts that are longitudinal and involve several stakeholders within the clinic.
  • Maintain good attendance, be punctual, and work a full scheduled shift as a condition of employment.
  • Demonstrate respectful, professional, appropriate behavior and leadership that supports a team-oriented environment.

Must have’s you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year College or university and a minimum of three (3) years healthcare experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience leading multidisciplinary teams required.
  • Intermediate operating knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and Outlook required as well as other related scheduling software. Data entry and EHR experience required. Knowledge of NextGen EHR is preferred.

Proof of immunizations and/or immunity to: COVID-19, MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella), Varicella, Annual Influenza, and TB Quantifier are required for all employees. Additionally, if you work in a HealthPoint clinic, Tdap (within last 10 years) is required. Hepatitis B. is required for clinical employees with potential exposure to blood/blood products. All immunizations are a condition of employment. Upon hire, employees must provide proof of their immunizations and/or immunity prior to starting or no later than their fifth (5) business day of employment.
