About the Role: We are looking for a Commercial Strategic Marketing associate to join our US Vascular Marketing team in our Medical Products Division. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and execute marketing plans within the US Vascular portfolio of commercialized products and new product derivatives. You will contribute to the success of the US Vascular business as you work in close partnership with functional partners to achieve the US annual revenue forecast.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.*

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development of US regional marketing goals and plans by providing regional customer and Vascular landscape insights that need to be addressed to achieve revenue goals
  • Develop, maintain, execute, and measure success of US commercial marketing plans and investments in partnership with Product Specialists, Marketing Communications, and Sales for the Vascular portfolio of commercialized products to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead quarterly market share analysis and contribute to annual forecasting process as well develop market assessment models to evaluate new opportunities
  • Lead the formulation and execution of commercial engagements and trainings that meet business objectives through effective collaboration with cross-functional team members
  • Understand, define, and integrate voice of customer, market needs, and competitive landscape to advance business objectives
  • Work with key opinion leaders to develop podium, education, and publication strategy
  • Analyze regional market forces and competitive landscape to actionable insights that inform marketing strategy
  • Ensure strong partnerships and integration with product teams, sales, business, functional marketing, and support functions to implement shared strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams and global marketing partners to ensure development and integration of marketing initiatives
  • Track, evaluate, and report on ROI for market strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years strategic marketing, product management or marketing management experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and integrate individuals and teams to execute against strategic plans
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning and value propositions
  • Demonstrated capability in constructing and executing commercial strategic marketing plans
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize across multiple brand portfolios
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across marketing and other functions to reach business objectives
  • Ability to travel overnight (seasonally variable, up to 25%)

Desired Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience in Aortic disease state and vascular market
  • Experience with sales enablement and marketing automation

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.
