POSTING OF VACANCY
Title: Use of Building Coordinator (Stipend position)
June 2022
Job Goals: Coordinate the organization and manage the procedures for requests to use the school facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Ability to read basic operating instructions and reports.
- Ability to use online/technology systems to operate maintenance equipment, including: furnace, tools, alarm systems, emails, online training, etc.
- Demonstrated aptitude for successful fulfillment of tasks assigned.
- Such other alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist community and employees who request to use the facilities.
- Charge and collect any fees associated with the use of buildings from outside groups.
- Share rental rules, regulations and agreements with renters.
- Review the procedures and policies related to use of school property to renters.
- Enforce insurance requirements of all renters.
- Maintain Building Community Use Calendar.
- Such other responsibilities may from time to time be assigned by the Principal, Superintendent, or designee.
REPORTS TO: Director of Finance and Operations
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 22-23 School Year
SALARY: $3,500 per year
