VEEVA VAULT SUBMISSIONS CLERK

METTAWA, IL

Schedule: M-F 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Required Skills:

· Proficiency in Veeva Vault PromoMats submissions preferred, or similar professional experience.

· Working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

· Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

· Deadline oriented and organized; able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.

· Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.

· Ability to navigate through multiple technical systems to complete daily tasks.

Project Description:

· Performs data linking and supports the Client’s Ad Agency with electronic submissions into Veeva Vault PromoMats, our integrated digital asset management platform.

· Following an annotated PDF provided by agency fact checker, links medical claims to published sources via the Veeva Vault PromoMats platform.

· Confirms that all reference links and associated references are correct.

· Checks that all supporting references are available in Veeva; alerts team to expired references and sends new references to the Veeva librarian for upload into library.

· Ensures submissions comply with the Client’s standards and guidelines for electronic job submissions.

· Troubleshoots issues and questions that may arise during the submission process.

· Collaborates with agency account managers, fact checkers, and writers to deliver accurate, compliant submissions.

· The Veeva Submissions Specialist may perform additional data entry functions as appropriate, including preparing Veeva loading sheets, functional review documents, and checking copyright clearance in RightSphere.

This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
