Vehicle Maintenance & Analysis Clerk Will:

  • Develop and maintain a logbook and backup files for all reported accidents, misuse and abuse as required by AFI 23-302.
  • Prepare accident/abuse documentation for submission to organizations.
  • Acts as back-up for Operations and Maintenance Clerks, Maintenance Scheduler, and Maintenance Control.
  • Answer phone calls for service calls.
  • File various paperwork associated to role.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Requires knowledge of PC functions and Software.
  • Minimum of (2) years prior experience in Customer Service and Data Entry
  • Requires operating knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry materials and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds, prolonged sitting.
  • Must have the hand/eye coordination necessary to operate office business machines (calculator, phone, fax, copier, etc.) and a personal computer.
  • Must use proper telephone and customer service etiquette.
  • Ability to read and interpret testing material.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions to individual or group of employees and provide additional guidance as needed.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in developing and proofing testing materials.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands while meeting deadlines.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
  • Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed and be exposed to various dirt, debris, and odors.
  • Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to be on call after hours and handle emergency calls.
  • Possess valid driver’s license and maintain good driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for assigned job.
  • Must be able to obtain National Agency Check (NAC).
