Vestavia Hills Baptist Church Child Development Center is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and skilled full-time director to manage the day-to-day operations of our Center. The VHBC CDC provides quality care for babies through Pre-K within a nurturing Christian environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in education or related field
- Classroom and supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills with English proficiency
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Must pass required background checks
As Center Director, you will:
- Conduct the daily operations of the center, focusing on our CDC family, relationships, programming, and quality care
- Operate the center within the goals and procedures of the VHBC CDC Staff Handbook, Parent Handbook, Vestavia Hills Baptist Church, and state requirements
- Deliver a Christian-based curriculum
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage personnel
- Maintain strong relationships with the VHBC CDC staff, parents, children, and church staff
- Develop and manage an annual budget
