Crosslake Veterinary Hospital (www.crosslakevet.com) is looking for an enthusiastic assistant to join our team.

Crosslake Vet is a companion animal clinic in the Brainerd Lakes Area. We pride ourselves on quality, evidence-based care that begins with establishing client relationships and focusing on educating our pet owners and practicing preventative medicine. We are currently expanding our doctor team and looking for additional support staff to assist. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment and like variety!

We are a busy practice, continually growing and adding new positions every year. Technology and full-service medicine is important to us, allowing us to provide a wide range of services for the pets we serve. Daily, we utilize our in-house IDEXX labwork, full body digital radiology, digital dental radiology, and our ultrasound to perform abdominal scans, emergency assessments and baseline echocardiograms. Full anesthesia monitoring is utilized for our surgeries and medical procedures, allowing us to be proactive in preventing complications and evaluating our pets with cardiac concerns. We are capable of overnight hospitalized care, and strive on a daily basis to manage all aspects of our patients' needs to provide a level of convenience that may just make a client's day a little easier.

Assistants are responsible for helping with daily appointments, surgical and dental procedures, coordinate with receptionists to schedule appointments, provide client communication, and execute disinfection protocols. Starting wage will be based on veterinary experience. We offer full benefits including medical insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and supplemental insurance options.
