Veterinary Medical Director

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $175,000 base salary paid on 22% production
• $200,000 sign-on bonus (payable over 5 years)
• 401k with 3% employer matching
• $3,000+ annual continuing education stipend

MEDICAL DIRECTOR POSITION OVERVIEW

We are excited to invite a full-time Medical Director to join us in our mission. This position will supervise clinical programs to ensure that the highest standards of medicine and client service are maintained. A clear understanding of medical protocols will be vital to ensure that our hospital is operating in an efficient manner. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Developing, implementing, and verifying medical training programs
• Keeping our team current on the best veterinary medicine standards
• Setting strategic goals for continuous improvement in patient care and client satisfaction
• Investigating breaches in protocols/medicine

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $175,000.00 per year
