Veterinary Receptionist Job at Hueytown Veterinary Clinic
Seeking a Full time and Part time front desk receptionist for a very busy, fast paced, brand new, 11,000 sq ft state of the art small animal hospital and luxury boarding/training facility.
We are a progressive full service small animal practice. Pay is competitive and based on experience. Medical, Dental, Life, Vision, Retirement, PTO benefits offered.
Our new addition must, first and foremost, be warm, caring, and friendly. Second only to that, this person must possess the ability to multitask in a busy environment and do so with a high level of accuracy. A flexible schedule is a must. We are open seven days per week. The ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Checking clients in and out
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Maintaining correct medical records
- Dispensing products
- Processing payments
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the front office
- Scheduling boarding reservations
- Experience in the Veterinary field is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
