Qualifications:
- Must have a current Licensed Practical / Vocation Nursing License from the state.
- Possess and maintain current CPR
- Licensed driver with Car insurance
- At least 18 years of age
Responsibilities:
- Provides direct patient care as defined in the state nurse practice act.
- Implements plan of care initiated by the registered nurse
- Assists the Registered Nurse or Physician in performing specialized procedures and duties.
- Meet the patients' needs and use equipment safely and appropriately (foot stools, side rails, Etc.)
- Provide personnel care conducive to the client's safety and comfort within the organization's established policy parameters.
