SCOPE/CONTACTS:
Incumbent has frequent contact with directors, top management, employees and community leaders. Performs business development activities in retail market area. This officer must represent the bank in a variety of social and business events.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • To make all types of direct consumer and Home Equity loans which are consistent in quality to satisfy Bank standards for safety and profitability; to promote good customer relations; and to seek and develop quality new business including profitable depository accounts.
  • Incumbent is responsible for the sound extension or denial of credit to customers seeking loans on a direct basis and is accountable for the terms extended on such credit.
  • This position is guided by the Bank's policies, procedures and lending limits.
  • Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • This position requires a minimum of five years of Consumer Lending experience and a bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
  • Excellent communication and human relation skills also required.
  • Incumbent should be seasoned in consumer and retail lending, marketing, and management.
