ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for someone to help continue our explosive expansion! This VP of Growth will h will be responsible for fostering new Babylon 360 relationships. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, US Growth, this individual will be a face of Babylon to large corporations. This is an opportunity to contribute immediately, have a voice that's recognized across a growing enterprise, and make decisions that will have impact on Babylon and our mission.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • Senior stakeholder engagement: build the network of executive relationships with customers and lead the commercial discussions with CXOs.
  • Revenue ownership: lead the relationship development for a portfolio of customer/partner accounts against set targets.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process with new and existing accounts, while calling upon the Business Development team and Babylon's collective resources to assist in solution development and proposal delivery.
  • "Intelligent Customer": Collaborate with Product and Operations leadership to ensure deep understanding of roadmaps and to inform based on what is seen in the market. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and People to ensure the support is in place for each deal;
  • Subject Matter Expert: Bring expertise in specific sectors (e.g., Payors, hospital delivery systems, health insurance, life insurance) to build compelling value propositions, working closely with Service Development Director and Business Development team;
  • Ambassador: Be a visible ambassador for Babylon developing interest in the market to open doors for potential leads.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 10+ years of total sales related experience with 5 years of experience successfully selling directly to the Payer space in a highly consultative environment.
  • Experience with AI powered solutions and/or digital health preferred. Knowledge of Value Based Care is advantageous.
  • Experience consistently securing multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts with Managed Care/Payor organizations.
  • The ability to navigate relationships with clients and prospects with multiple influencers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical reasoning, creativity and conceptual thinking to operate in strategic settings as well as more tactical environments.
  • A consultative approach to building and maintaining strong internal and external networks.
  • Depth of knowledge of the needs and challenges faced by employers, as well as the other stakeholders in healthcare.
  • Team orientation with a focus on mentorship to contribute to a collective goal.
  • Interest in a leadership role over time.
  • Experience selling risk deals for members to payers
