Job DescriptionWorking onsite at Wamego, Kansas facility with additional assistance across Construction Industries IT Team.

You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support as well as technical expertise to ensure the high availability of IT services that enable the manufacturing of customer products. This role will work with process experts to understand the required system changes and coordinate their implementation to meet business goals. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and with corporate teams on introducing new IT solutions that improve business process efficiency. Work with internal and external partners to diagnose and solve problems. Individuals should demonstrate innovative qualities to explore new technologies, which improve the efficiency of the factory environment. Must be able to configure and troubleshoot issues regarding dedicated PC associated with Factory applications. Must understand Microsoft Office Suite and be able to Install/Configure applications. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time as well as well as being a collaborative team member. Develops, integrates, and / or supports in-house and purchased application solutions to solve business problems.
