Locate Staffing in Green Bay is looking to fill a Warehouse Associate position for a local company.

The Warehouse Associate will perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, packing and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Tasks may involve manual lifting of boxes, but may also require use of lift truck.

Warehouse Associate responsibilities:

• Unload inbound trailers and load outbound trailers to satisfy daily customer requirements; may be done manually or via lift truck
• Receive product deliveries from customers, ensure inventory is accurate on inbound paperwork, and document any damage or quality issues
• Load outbound shipments to customers, ensure inventory is accurate on paperwork, and document any damage or quality issues
• Conduct physical cycle count inventories on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy adn actual inventory is synced to computer inventory
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of lift trucks and other tools; immediately notify management if damage to equipment or building
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping warehouse neat and organized; sweep floors and remove garbage on a weekly basis
• Follow established and company work rules, safety policies, procedures, and objectives
• Perform other job related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications for Warehouse Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred, including ability to drive a lift truck
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure
• Solid work history showing dependability and reliability
• Able to take direction well and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work on feet and occasionally lift and/or move objects weighting up to 50 lbs.
