Warehouse Associate-Freezer Job at Lyons Specialty Co LLC
Description:
Lyons Specialty is looking for a great team member for our 2nd shift freezer position.
- Accurately fill customer orders by selecting and moving products from warehouse racks/shelves and placing them in totes, boxes, and/or on pallets using a ring scanning system.
- Stack product safely on pallets to insure that product is not damaged.
- Complete damage inventory reports for any items damaged during picking.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
- Operate a manual and ride on pallet jack.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 6 months-1 year freezer work experienced required.
- Must possess communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Must be dependable and reliable.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety rules and ability to operate warehouse machinery or equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, write legibly and do simple math.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
