I SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining an organized inventory system.

II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitor inventory levels and ordering additional inventory when necessary.

· Communicate with other departments within the organization regarding shipment details, delivery schedules, etc.

· Review purchase orders and shipping invoices to ensure that they match with deliveries made.

· Schedule deliveries and pickups for items that need to be shipped or moved with the warehouse.

· Organize and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse according to company standards.

· Track inventory levels in the warehouse to ensure that they are within the acceptable levels

· Ensure that all incoming shipments are received and processed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Maintain records of inventory levels to help identify any discrepancies or inefficiencies within the system.

· Create monthly cycle counting plan (execute, analysis of divergences)

· Advanced level user of SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Follow Lean principles.

· Adherence to IMS.

· Additional duties as required.

V. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Must have basic computer experience with Microsoft Windows

Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Working knowledge of SAP

Forklift experience is a plus

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common instructional documents. Ability to respond with good verbal and written skills.

X. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Normal amount of standing in the plant environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a production workstation. Some travel to the customer may be required.
