As a core member of the Warehouse team, you will be responsible for packaging/preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution, loading/unloading and stocking supplies in the warehouse, cleaning/sterilizing all types of medical equipment and acting as a back-up driver when needed. The Warehouse Coordinator will participate in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to Amerita’s patients. Additionally, the Warehouse Coordinator will assist with loading, unloading, cleaning, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse.

- Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution
- Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients
- Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately
- Stocks and stores warehouse equipment and supplies
- Reports inventory levels to supervisor
- Cleans medical equipment
- Performs other related duties as directed
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred
- Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management
- Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
