2-3 years general warehouse experience and 1 year of supervisory experience

General Summary of Responsibilities:

WEEKLY PAY STARTING JANUARY 2023!

• Supervise and direct lead personnel as assigned
• Communicate with billing clerks and receiving to schedule production line work.
• Insure work is distributed to leads as assigned.
• Adjust manpower level based on workload.
• Monitor individual employee productivity/job performance
• Maintain production line productivity level as assigned.
• Maintain inventory control per company procedure
• Perform quality functions
• Maintain warehouse/facility cleanliness as assigned
• Track employee attendance as assigned
• Monitor employee compliance with company policies and procedures
• Complete employee evaluations as assigned
• Maintain Kronos time-keeping system as assigned
• Complete productivity reports as assigned
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Forklift operation
• Report all accidents and injuries
• Complete accident reports as assigned
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems
• Ability to work as a team member and also independently
• Strong inter personnel, computer, written, and verbal communication skills
• Recommend disciplinary actions as required
• Retain confidential/personnel information
• Supervise loading/unloading of trailers per DOT regulations
• Complete building and equipment maintenance projects as assigned
• Complete other projects and/or job duties as assigned

Job function requires handling of sophisticate magazines as part of standard product of business operations

Computer Experience Required:

Proficient in general computer applications.
Preferred: Kronos time-keeping system, perfect-pick system, Blu Vista applications, scanning, label printer, invoice printer, editing, data entry, QC Station operation.
